Refund Policy
If JustEmails is not right for you, ask for your money back within 14 days of your first paid charge and we will return it in full. No forms, no retention call.
1. The guarantee
You have 14 days from your first paid charge to request a full refund of that charge. You do not have to give a reason, and we will not ask you to complete a survey or speak to anyone before processing it.
This is in addition to the 7-day free trial, which needs no card and costs nothing. Between the two you have three weeks to decide whether the Service works for you.
2. What is covered
- Covered — the first paid term on a new account, including the base subscription and any add-ons billed with it.
- Not covered — renewals. We email before every renewal, and you can cancel at any point before it charges.
- Not covered — partial periods after the 14 days. If you cancel in month seven of an annual plan, the Service runs to the end of the term rather than being refunded pro rata.
If a renewal charged when you had genuinely intended to cancel, write to us anyway. This policy is a floor, not a script.
3. Your legal rights are separate
Nothing here reduces rights you have under consumer law where you live. Customers in the UK and EU generally have a statutory cancellation right for distance contracts, and those rights apply in addition to this policy, not instead of it.
4. How to request one
Email support@justemails.app from the address on the account, with “Refund” in the subject. We aim to confirm within 1 business day and to issue the refund within 5 business days of confirming.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. How quickly it appears after we send it is up to your bank or card issuer, and is outside our control.
5. What happens to your mail
Refunding ends the subscription, so plan your migration before you ask rather than after.
You keep the 30-day export window described in our Terms of Service. Mail stays downloadable over IMAP during that window so you can move it somewhere else. After it closes, data is deleted.
Point your domain’s MX records at your new provider before the window ends, or mail sent to you after that will bounce.
6. Abuse
We may decline a refund where an account has breached our Acceptable Use Policy — for example sending bulk unsolicited mail during the refund window and then asking for the money back. This is aimed at deliberate abuse, not at anyone who simply changed their mind.
