Per-seat pricing stops making sense fast
Per-mailbox pricing is fine for one company with one domain. It is punishing if you own a portfolio of domains and want a real address on each one.

Google Workspace gives you Docs, Drive, Meet and the rest of the suite — if you need those, it is a different product and worth its price. If what you actually needed was email on your own domains, you are paying for a suite to get a mailbox.
Pricing questions
Is it really unlimited domains and mailboxes?
Yes. The $49/year covers as many custom domains, mailboxes and aliases as you want to create. What is metered is storage — 10 GB is included and more is available as an add-on.
What happens when the trial ends?
It converts to the paid plan at $49 a year. Cancel any time before then and nothing is charged; your data is retained for a grace period so nothing is lost if you come back.
Do you charge per user like Google Workspace?
No. Mailboxes are unlimited and free. Team seats — additional people with their own login to the dashboard — are $2 per user per month, and the account owner is always free. A one-person account with 50 mailboxes pays $49 a year and nothing else.
Can I send transactional email through the API?
Yes. The base plan includes 1,000 API emails per month. Beyond that, each $25/year add-on tier adds 10,000 emails per month.
Is there a monthly plan?
No, billing is annual only. The flat annual price is what makes unlimited domains and mailboxes viable — a monthly equivalent would either cost more overall or need per-mailbox limits to work.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments via Stripe. If you have a company VAT ID you can add it during checkout so it appears on your invoice.
