Acceptable Use Policy

You must not use the Service to store, transmit, or distribute any of the following:

• Spam: Unsolicited bulk email, unsolicited commercial email, or any email that violates the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, or similar anti-spam legislation.
• Phishing: Emails designed to deceive recipients into revealing personal information, credentials, or financial data.
• Malware: Viruses, trojans, ransomware, spyware, or any other malicious software.
• Illegal content: Any content that violates applicable laws, including but not limited to child exploitation material, content promoting terrorism, or content facilitating illegal transactions.
• Harassment: Content that threatens, intimidates, harasses, or stalks any person.
• Intellectual property infringement: Content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights.

You must not:

• Use the Service to send email to recipients who have not opted in to receive communications from you.
• Use purchased, rented, or scraped email lists for any purpose.
• Forge email headers or manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of email sent through the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other users' accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Service.
• Use the Service to conduct network attacks, including denial of service, port scanning, or packet sniffing.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without prior written consent.
• Use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with other users' use.
• Use the Service for cryptocurrency mining, running bots, or any purpose unrelated to email communication.

To maintain the quality and deliverability of the Service for all users, the following sending limits apply:

• Reasonable sending limits are enforced per account. These limits are designed to accommodate normal business email usage.
• The Service is intended for business and personal email communication, not for high-volume transactional or marketing email.
• Accounts that consistently exceed normal sending patterns may be subject to rate limiting or review.
• We reserve the right to adjust sending limits as necessary to protect the Service infrastructure and deliverability reputation.

To maintain deliverability and protect the reputation of our infrastructure:

• All domains must have properly configured SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records. JustEmails auto-generates these records for you.
• You must not send email from domains that are not verified and configured in your JustEmails account.
• You must maintain valid ownership or authorization to use any domain configured in the Service.

If you believe that a JustEmails user is violating this AUP, please report the abuse to us at:

Please include:

• A description of the violation
• Full email headers of the offending message (if applicable)
• Any other relevant evidence

We take all abuse reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

Violations of this AUP may result in one or more of the following actions, at our sole discretion:

• Warning: A written notice detailing the violation and requesting corrective action.
• Temporary suspension: Suspension of sending privileges or account access while the violation is investigated.
• Permanent termination: Immediate and permanent termination of your account without refund.
• Legal action: Referral to law enforcement or initiation of legal proceedings where appropriate.

For severe violations (e.g., sending malware, phishing, or illegal content), we may immediately terminate your account without prior warning.

We use automated systems (including spam filters, virus scanners, and reputation monitoring) to detect violations of this AUP. We do not manually read the content of your emails except when investigating a specific abuse report or complying with legal requirements.

We may update this AUP from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
